Update paginated report parameters

{scheme}://{host}:{port}/api/SingleSchedule/UpdateParametersPaginated

Modify parameters on an existing paginated schedule. uniqueid must be nonzero; supply the intended Parameters collection. This dedicated operation returns SuccessMessage, uniqueid and Parameters without requiring a complete schedule replacement.
