Queue a schedule asynchronously

Queue an execution and return its ExecutionId. Poll GetExecutionStatus, inspect ResultJson, and confirm output delivery. Use bounded polling and reconcile ambiguous submission outcomes before retrying; no idempotency-key contract is exposed.
