Dispatch a schedule asynchronously

{scheme}://{host}:{port}/api/Schedule/DispatchScheduleAsync

Dispatch an execution through the collaboration-aware path and return an ExecutionId. Collaboration configuration and participating servers affect where work runs. A returned identifier acknowledges dispatch, not successful delivery.
