Create multiple paginated schedules

{scheme}://{host}:{port}/api/SingleSchedule/CreateMultipleForPaginated

Validate the list and then create schedules sequentially. A later failure can leave earlier schedules persisted; failure does not return a complete rollback or reliable partial-ID list. Success returns ordered numeric identifiers. Reconcile persisted schedules before retrying a batch.

Send application/json or application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Use JSON to represent nested objects, arrays and explicit null values. For form requests, send individual bracketed fields; do not serialize the entire schedule into a field named model.
