Create an SSRS schedule

{scheme}://{host}:{port}/api/SingleSchedule/CreateForSSRS

Create an SSRS single schedule using a configured account or the exposed server connection fields. Provide recurrence and at least one destination. Parameters use string-valued dictionaries and their own null/multi-value flags.
